(It was Thursday, and Naruto should have been at work, but it was his aniversary, and he stayed at home to be with his family. He rolled out of bed at about 10:30 A.M. and walked in the kitchen to hug an unexpecting Sasuke.) Naruto: Good morning, my love

Sasuke: Good morning, Naruto. How’s my ramen- lover?

Naruto: Well, I dunno, you tell me. (Naruto gave Sasuke a kiss on the lips, which they were both getting lost in, until Kya and Kohji came in and errupted ina chorus of ews.)

(Sasuke looked over and saw his disgusted kids.) Sasuke: Good morning you two. How are our two like buds doing?

Kya: Goood

Kohji: Wy isn't Daddy aa wowk?

Sasuke: I don't know. Naruto, why aren't you at work today?

(Naruto looked at Sasuke with a confused look on his face.) Naruto: What do you mean why aren't I at work? You know why.

Sasuke: No, I don't. Why aren't you there?

Naruto: (confused) Yes you do. You haven't forgotten yet... Oh my gosh, you didn't forget, DID YOU!?!?

Sasuke: Forget...what?

Naruto: (furious) Oh, I dunno, maybe OUR ANNIVERSARY!?!?!?

Sasuke: What on earth are you talking...

Naruto: SASUKE, YOU HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN YET, WHY THE H3LL DID YOU FORGET THIS YEAR!?

Sasuke: STOP FREAKING OUT! I FORGOT! IT'S NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL ANYWAY!

Naruto: WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL!? I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO FREAK OUT! HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF I FORGOT THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE DAY WE GOT MARRIED AND STARTED OUR NEW LIFE TOGETHER!?!?!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!

Sasuke: JUST SHUT UP!

Naruto: NO! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAYS OF THE YEAR, AND YOU FORGOT! HOW DO YOU THINK THAT MAKES ME FEEL!?

Sasuke: I JUST...!!!! (Before Sasuke could finish, Naruto grabbed him.)

Naruto: I'LL MAKE SURE YOU NEVER FORGET EVER AGAIN!
(He pulled Sasuke's pants and boxers down, and grabbed Mr. Punishment, who was sitting behind the chair, as if by a twisted bit of luck.)

Sasuke: HEY I--I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!

Naruto: THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT!!! YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY! HOW COULD YOU FORGET!? I WROTE IT IN HUGE, PINK LETTERS WITH BIG HEARTS AROUND IT ON THE CALENDER!!!

Sasuke: I FORGOT!! I'M SORRY!

Naruto: TOO BAD! HOW IN THE WORLD WERE YOU ABLE TO FORGET!?!? YOU REALLY ARE A PEICE OF WORK, SASUKE!

(Naruto spanked Sasuke several times with Mr. Punishment, which Sasuke didn't expect, since Naruto was in the middle of ranting. His voice didn't even waver. He was that mad.)

Sasuke: STOP IT!!! IT HURTS!!!!

Naruto: AND IT HURTS THAT YOU FORGOT! (Naruto spanked him several more times, each harder than the last.)

(Kohji and Kya were witnessing the entire spanking in front of them. Sasuke, was really hurt. He didn't mean to make Naruto angry! He forgot! He didn't think Naruto would react this way.) Sasuke: PLEASE STOP!!!! (Tears were welling up in the corners of Sasuke's eyes now.)

Naruto: NO! YOU FORGOT!!! EVEN AFTER I WROTE IT! IN BIG, PINK LETTERS!!!
(Naruto spanked Sasuke 5 more times with Mr. Punishment)

(Sasuke's face scrunced up in a look of sheer pain. He let the tears fall, he couldn't hold them back. He wanted it to end. He HATED being spanked, soon, he would be sobbing. He lowered his head, so that Naruto couldn't tell if he was crying. But, Naruto wasn't nearly done with this punishment yet. He wanted to make sure that Sasuke never EVER forgot theie special day again.)

(Naruto continued to spank him as hard as he could, and his muscles started to get sore, but he ignored it. He was too angry to pay attention.)

(Sasuke started to sniffle and cough, blowing his cover. He didn't know how much more he could take before he would be at a sobbing point.)

Naruto: HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO FORGET!? HM!?!?!?!? (Naruto spanked him with all of his might, feeling tears threatening to make themselves visable.)

Sasuke: I-I DIDN'T MEA-MEAN T-TO!!!!

(Naruto spanked Sasuke with all of his might, hoping he could stop soon. Tears were rolling down his face now, because he felt unloved.)


(Sasuke was resisting the urge to scream. This hurt like h3ll, really badly. He started sobbing out loud now, he couldn't control it now. The sobbing, coughing, and sniffling increased.)

(Naruto spanked him one last time, and pulled Sasuke's pants up.)

(Sasuke was shaking uncontrolably. He was sobbing like a child.)

Naruto: (quietly) Please don't forget again...

(Sasuke shook his head slowly, waiting to be let up.)

(Naruto leaned back, signaling Sasuke he could get up.) Naruto: I'm sorry, Sasuke...

(Sasuke got up slowly from Naruto's lap. He limped down the hallway to his room, heart-broken.)

(Naruto knocked on the door of their room.) Naruto: (quietly and guiltily) Sasuke... I'm sorry.....

(One of Sasuke's clone's opened the door and then poofed away. Sasuke was laying on the bed, crying and heart- broken. "He hates me..." he thought.)

(Naruto sat on the bed and rubbed Sasuke's back awkwardly.)Naruto: I'm sorry... it's just... our aniversary... and... I was looking forward to it... and... I love you, Sasuke

Sasuke: Di--n't n--o.....o...c-t..hat..wa--y...[Didn’t know that you would react that way…] (Sasuke mumbled through the pillow.)

Naruto: I'm sorry, it's just... today was the day we got married... I thought that meant something to you.....................

Sasuke: Do… (he muffled)

Naruto:....Well... We could still do something today... I was planning on dropping Kya and Kohji off at day care...

(Sasuke turned around and winced when his bottom touched the bed. He wiped away his tears  and sniffled.) Sasuke: How am I supposed to do that with a sore @ss?

Naruto: I'll carry you.

Sasuke: That's not neccessary, Naruto. And, I didn't forgot about our special day.

Naruto: Then why did you not know why I was home today...?

Sasuke: Because I wanted to give you something. That's why I was freaking out during the spanking... I wanted it to be a surprise...

(Naruto looked very ashamed. He felt very ashamed.)Naruto: I--I'm sorry, Sasuke. I'm such a dobe...

Sasuke: No you aren't. Your my dobe. (Sasuke reached into his shirt and pulled out a wrapped box with a bright blue bow. Sasuke blushed) Sasuke: Here...Happy--Aniversary...Naruto- kun...

(Naruto tackled Sasuke in a huge hug.) Naruto: I'm sosososososososososososososooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry! I love you!

Sasuke: I love you too...OW!! Hey, watch it!

Naruto: Oops... sorry...

Sasuke: (sigh) Well, you are a dobe... Are you going to open it, Naruto?

Naruto: (blush) Oh, yeah! I forgot about that part. (Naruto opened the box, and inside, was a family portrait. A spontanious one of them playing at a park. He remembered it from a week or two ago.)
Naruto: How-

Sasuke: Yes? (smiling)

Naruto: How did you get this? Who took it?
Sasuke: Tsunade did.

Naruto: Ah. She's a nice lady. Short-tempered, though... kinda reminds me of you.

(Sasuke twitched, but let it go.) Sasuke: You don't know how long I have been planning this...

(Naruto noticed Sasuke's twitch, and smirked.) Naruto: How long?

Sasuke: Ever since Kya and Kohji came into our lives...

(Naruto squeezed Sasuke as hard as he could.)Naruto: I'm so sorry I accused you of forgetting!!! How could I think that you of all people would forget? You really are the best husband anyone could ever ask for.

Sasuke: I'm a genius of the Uchiha. I would never forget. And yes, I know I am.

Naruto: And you're modest, too!

Sasuke: Thank you, Naruto.

Naruto: Sasuke?

Sasuke: Yes?

Naruto: Why did you marry me? I mean, you could have married any girl or gay guy, but you chose me...

Sasuke: Because you know what it feels like to be alone from the start of your life.

Naruto: I love you, Sasuke. More than you know.
